Test Create form issue

Test Create is not populating proper test create form , instead its giving an blocker form.

Step 1 : Open any user story

Step 2 : Click Test Create

Step 3 : Test create form not gives option to fill 'Test phase', 'Test env', etc, instead getting BLOCK form to fill info.

Info : Even if fill all info on Block form and submit, it is requesting to fill 'Test phase' which is not asked for fill.

Hi @Gireesh.K.Gurupura it might be related to my PC or connection but are you sure the screenshots indeed came through? I cannot see them.
In case this topic is not yet resolved for you please again try to attach them - probably Community members are then able to see which App might be involved and/or suggest any further.

Issue has been resolved, There were missing of parameters 'Test phase' and 'Test env'.

Welcome to the community.

The functionality you are describing does not sound like built in Jira functionality. Do you have a third party application added to your instance to enables this feature? Can you provide a screen images that show us what you see at each step in this process?
