Tempo Timesheets not loading

I just installed and enabled the free trial of Tempo Timesheets 7.9.2, and the add-on is unable to load. I have the latest version of JIRA Agile (6.4.3), are the two maybe not compatible?

When I click on the Tempo Timesheets addon in the "manage add-ons" section of the administration module, I merely get a small box saying: "This add-on couldn't be loaded. It has one or more errors that prevent it from being enabled."

Any ideas? Where would I find more details on the errors that are occuring?

Hi,

the version of JIRA Agile you are using should not cause any conflict with Tempo Timesheets. Can you restart your JIRA and see if Tempo enables then. If this does not resolve the problem, can you create an Issue in our support project (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/JTS) and attach the JIRA logs (see https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=16121981for information where to find the logs) so we can better investigate this.

Thanks for the quick reply. I had already restarted the server in the meanwhile, and that indeed solved the issue. :)
