Teams Utilization Report (Activity timeline)

Hi,

When I extracted Teams Utilization Report under Activity timeline from 01st Jan'23 till 20th Mar'23, I did not get the data for the month of Jan'23 and Feb'23 in the report however the Mar'23 data was available. I know that we have logged time in the month of Jan'23 & Feb'23. Anyone faced similar issue for these months? Or if someone can help with the reason for this issue.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Joseph,

Team Utilization Report forecasts future utilization based solely on the remaining time estimate. As a result, there is no data available for previous months.

If you're looking to generate a report that's based on worklogs, the best option would be to use TRACK. Team Timesheets module:

Please, let me know if you have any questions on this.

Hi Svitlana,

Thank you for your response. Your answer clarifies my query and explains the criteria of Team Utilization Report.

It's important to note that team-managed projects in Jira only display reports when there is enough data available. It's possible that the data for those months is not enough to trigger the report.

Thank you for your assistance and response. I agree to your point however I am aware that the time was booked for the month of Jan'23 & Feb'23 and it is missing in the report.
