Task bar are not displaying on the timeline view

I have set start and due dates on my tasks, however the bars do not display on the timeline, what do I need to do? Thank you

Make sure “Child level Issue Scheduling” is enabled on your board. 

From your board, select more on top right corner, then select Board Settings. Select RoadMap by from the list, then toggle the switch for ”child level issue scheduling”
