System-->Outgoing Email is empty

When clicking on the Outgoing Email option it is empty. The only thing it shows is "Enabled". To the far right is a "Disable" button.

I don't see anywhere that I can setup the SMTP server. This is the free version, but it states that the free version also sends emails (up to 100/day)

Can someone let me know the steps  to define the SMTP server. I even read the "

Configuring JIRA's SMTP mail server to send notifications", but nothing comes up allowing me to set things up at all.Screenshot 2022-05-27 165430.png

Welcome to the community. 

 

As per my knowledge , Atlassian Cloud comes with an internal SMTP server. you can't configure SMTP server. 

There is a open request with atlassian
