We are currently evaluating a Survey Plug-in that allows you to customize the body of the email (email subject, include last comment) and it gets triggered on the resolve transition.
The problem that we are facing is that by having notifications for public comments turned on, our customers are receiving two email notifications on issue resolve.
1. Triggered by the comment made on the resolve transition.
2. Triggered by the Survey plug-in .
We want to know if there is way to turn off the notification for comments for only the resolve transition as this will be carried out by the survey plug-in.
