Good morning,

i have this question:

i need create an automation rule for set a custom field in a task whit the sum of all sub-task whit a specific condition in jira cloud

For example

Custom field  name:"gu Salesforce" -> this is a sum of original estimate present in sub-task with a specific condition

Custom field need to check in sub-task: "Components"

gu Salesforce: This field will be the sum of field original estimate of all subtask with a specific custom field condition present in sub-task (ie: Components = Salesforce)

just to be clarify:

update field from sub-task of original estimate -> sum original estimate from all sub-task with custom field "component" = "Salesforce" -> insert this value into custom field gu Salesforc present in task.

I have tried with a lookup but without success, could me help me please?

Hello @Marco Atturio

Welcome to the community!

How exactly is the rule not doing what you expect?

Please share with us the details of the Audit Log for the execution of the rule.
