Can anyone advise on how to import attachments and comments from one JSD to another
All help is valued & much appreciated and
Thanks Again.
Hello @Nathan Turner
Is it correct to assume when you say JSD you mean Jira Service Desk?
What method are you using to import the data?
Are you moving data from one self-hosted system to another, cloud to cloud, or another pairing of self-hosted vs. cloud configurations?
1. Jira Service Desk, correct !
2. and we have imported the data via a CSV file
3. Server to Server

This is the reference document for CSV Import for self-hosted JSD.

Although I see it doesn't actually talk about comments and attachments.
This document on CSV Import for Jira Software talks about the Advanced Import features available to Jira Administrators including importing comments and attachements.

I believe the same principles would apply to importing comments and attachments for issues in a JSD project.
