Stopped receiving notification emails

I'm having trouble receiving notification emails from jira.

I believe my email cramirez@quo.digital is on the email suppression list. Is it possible to take me off the list? Would be great if any other emails from @quo.digital also get removed this list.

Hello @Carlos Ramirez 

Are you receiving any emails at all from a Jira Cloud system?

Have you confirmed that you haven't blocked emails with changes to your Personal Settings?

Have you confirmed the emails are not going to your Junk/Spam folder?

Are other users in that domain still receiving emails from the Jira system?

Have you confirmed using the Notification Helper that Jira should be trying to send you emails for issue events? Have you confirmed that such events have occurred?

Since you are a Site Admin for a paid Cloud subscription you should be able to open a support case directly with Atlassian to find out if your email has been blacklisted and get that fixed if that is the case:

I am not receving any mail from Jira Cloud System.

I deleted all the email blocked, thinking it would be, although I had not blocket jira emails.

I confirm that there is no mail in my spam folder.

Yes, I have an identified user that is not receiving emails from Jira.

I verifed at notificacion Helper and the status is that I received email when issue is updated or closes. I attach the images.

I have Atlassian Jira account at haard.swadia@cdl-it.com and at our organization I stopped receiving the Email Notification. We use to get the notification and after our Email Server are down one day, after which we stopped receiving the emails.

I checked my spam folders and nothing.

Can you kindly remove my address from any blocked list or suppression list?
