Hi,

I would like to know how I can download all the stories and sub task of a particular feature and modify and upload the file back to a particular feature.

@Kishore Aradhya Welcome to the Atlassian community

You can use a JQL filter to get the issues that you would like to update and export them to CSV.  You can then apply your updates to the issues.  Once you have applied the updates you can import updates via the Admin cog setting in Jira Cloud > System > External System Import > CSV.
