Some functions are not working in bulk change for jira-power-users

Hi

One of our jira-power-user find she can't do some actions in bulk changes, e.g. try to suspend tickets in a bulk change operation, it doesn't work and no error message. She saw that happen for other actions too.

Any idea?

Jirong

It's just an action to move the ticket from Opened or other states to Suspended. Now I think it's because there are some mandatory fields was not filled in.

Could you detail a little more what is 'suspend' a ticket?
