I am working to automate our workflow as must as possible so developers can move items through the workflow in git/github. Our workflow has two statuses "Ready for QA" and "QA in Progress". The transition between the two, "Deployed to QA" does not seem to trigger when commits are made referencing the issues using the transition syntax "#Deployed-to-QA". I can see the commits in the history of the issue, but they are not in the appropraite "QA in Progress" status.
