Showing Priorities in List of Epic User Stories

Michael Soper July 25, 2018

I want to show Priorities in my list of user stories under my Epic. Today, all I can see is Name, Description, Status, and Assigned-to. How do I add Priority to my summary list, so I can sort and see on one page my top stories to work on?

Hey, Michael! Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

The short answer is that natively in Jira there's no way to do this.

Although, we do have a suggestion created to implement this feature: JSWSERVER-15828.
We recommend you to vote for it and also make yourself a watcher so you can receive further updates about it.

The workaround for this will be to create a JS script to change the issue view page for the Epic. You can run the script with Jira's announcement banner. The thread below has some examples of scripts that worked for changing this, you can try it and see if it works for you.

How do you add a column to "Issues in Epic" panel

Kind regards,
