Show the Custom UI issue panel as expand view by default using Forge APP

Hi Team,
I created the issue panel module using the forge custom UI template. After deployment of the forge application, the issue panel content is hidden. It will be displayed when clicking on the addon button of the forge app. is there any way to display the issue panel module content initially?
