Im Trying to transition my Ticket to ''TO DOS'' but it only shows this error code and i do not have any experience in JQl and i am kind of confused.

Hi @scherdin and welcome to the community!

The trigger warns you that it needs JQL because it has no point of reference for the transition issue action.  You just need to nest that action inside a branch (recently created issues)
