Salforce Flow through Bitbucket and SourceTree

How do I deploy a Saleforce Screen Flow and Record Page to the develop branch in Bitbucket and then submit a pull request in Sourcetree.

I am receiving the this error:

'You can't create a flow definition directly through the API. A flow definition is created automatically when you create a new flow version.'

code for execute and change exist flow? 

or it's definition of flow?
