Roadmap UI / Board - is it possible to show assignee at both header and detail levels ?

Currently, our projects with Roadmaps showing the assignees (with / without photo) at detail level only.

However, parent Epic ticket is only showing the status, but it is not the assignee (project owner) with or without photo.

It would help our teams to manage Jira tickets better if the assignee can be displayed.

Regards

Michael

Hi @Michael Chuong,

In Jira, the Roadmap view displays only the details of child issues and not the parent Epic tickets. Therefore, it is not possible to show assignees at the header level in the Roadmap view.

You can consider using the Board view instead, which displays both parent and child issues. In the Board view, you can configure the columns to display the Assignee field both at the header and detail levels.

To do this, you can navigate to the Board Settings and select the Columns tab. From there, you can add the Assignee field to both the header and detail sections of the columns.

I hope this helps!
