Reporting across multiple instances

Hey all,

Our organization has recently been acquired and we have been asked to migrate our JIRA site into our parent company's JIRA organization.

As per this article, https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/how-many-instances-of-a-product-does-my-organization-need/, we are looking at implementing the multiple instance model, that contains 1 organization and multiple sites. Post migration, our structure would look like this:

Organization

1. Site A

2. Site B

We would like to know if it possible to run a single report that contains the data from each site.

e.g. Organization wide report for bugs in both site A and site B
