Removing "Initiative" as Parent for "Team-based" Project Epic

Hello,

I have created Initiative within company-based Project and assigned it as parents to multiple Epics. I found "Team-based" Project Epic nested under that "Initiative" (I am not sure how it got nested). How can I remove that relationship?

I am not able to add "Parent-Link" field in Team-based Project and subsequently yo any of the layout.
