"In Review" Status Accidentally Renamed

A new user accidentally renamed the "In Review" status for software projects, and I can't figure out how to change the name back. This user doesn't know what they did to make the change, but it has applied across Software projects. Please see the attached image to see what it looks like now. Does anyone know where I need to go in the settings to change this status name back to "In Review?"

Thanks Danyal. But how will it let me merge the task under the story with the summary of the parent story?

You can link the task to the story e.g relates to ... and than configure a filter showing the column linked issue.
