Just created a new Jira cloud instance, but can not see webdav folder

I just created a JIRA cloud instance.  I am using BitKinex to login and move files to webdav folder.  I can login with admin account, but I do not see webdav folder.  What am I missing?

Hi Paul,

Yes, I am able to access the path through the browser without problems.

Figure out the problem. BitKinex was trying to connect using http instead of https. I had to use a different option in the tool to connect.

Hi Rafael,

Are you able to access the following path from your browser (instead of BitKinex) as admin to confirm the presence of webdav?

https://<insert_domain_name>.atlassian.net/webdav/
