Hi We have a user who is unable to see the test cases even the ones he has created. Other users who have the same level of access is able to see them.
Is there any setting in QMetry where the access to test cases is restricted?
Raise it at https://support.atlassian.com/contact - they will decide if it's a "defect" or something else for you.
There's no bounty programme.

I tried with this however there are many projects which are created by other users as samples.
I am not sure which project I should use.

Depends on the exact product, but it's likely to be JRASERVER or JRACLOUD for the core product, JSDSERVER/CLOUD for Service Desk and JSWSERVER/CLOUD for Software.
