I want that an issue will get the statuses of its linkedissues as values in a specific custom field, by automation. Is that possible? And, this field will be automatically updated according to the status changes of its linked issues.

Unfortunately, at this time, it's not possible to find that information. You may contact cloud support, so they can provide you with a list of users which have permission to start a sprint.
