Hi all,My user are in the following groups:administrators jira-administrators I do not see any option to manage the Jira users. If I go to Settings -> Applications -> Applications Access, I can see a screen with a link to users for a few seconds before getting message saying "Access Denied"Do I need to be in some additional group? Unable to login to jira

Some of the users of my project are not able to login to jira now and getting an error message that says "We could not give you access. Use another email and try again". Though they were able to access jira till yesterday. Please suggest how this issue can be resolved.

Yes, you need to be a member of the 'site-administrators' group (or site-admins, not sure at this moment of the exact literal).

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

You were right, my userwss added to site-admin group and I can manage the users now.
