I have a growing list of DONE Epics that are crowding my Epic Panel in the backlog. How do I remove completed Epics using a Team Managed Project? (i.e. there is no option to "Mark as Done" that I can see)
What is the field type of the custom field that User 1 and User 2 are editing? I'm trying to understand if the behavior that you expect is that the value entered for the custom field is added to an existing list, e.g.
At present I set it up as Check box which will not work for sure. I think I need to set it up as text field or a multi list. I am also exploring to see if I can set up an auto renderer custom field like the Fix/Version is

Thanks Vidya, how are User 1 and User 2 entering data? Are they JIRA admins who can add items to a list (or multilist)? As JIRA users they could enter labels and the values get added if they don't exist.
