Certain users have reported not receiving any kind of notifications despite being watchers on the tickets. No permission scheme changes have been made. This seems to be isolated to a given user. Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out to us about this problem with the ordering of a classification field after importing an epic and associated stories from CSV. I'd like to try and reproduce this in my own environment, but I'll need more information about this field to proceed. Unfortunately, I am unaware of any system field named Classification that contains an automatically generated numerical value. Can you double-check that this is not a custom field? And if so, we need to determine how it is being populated.
