Requirements, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria without Confluence

Does anyone have an example of including requirements within Jira, without linking to Confluence?  On our team, we prefer to keep as much as possible on the Issue ticket in Jira and not use a link to a confluence document.  We're a small team - looking for a one stop shop, so to speak - looking and updating in ONE place for our BA and our Developers. 

I would rather not attach a document, as i can't update it dynamically.  Has anyone done this successfully?

@Nodar Vardiashvili -- We've seen this in JIRA Service Desk when we attach an attachment on the agent side, but accidentally attach it to only the issue and not externally to the customer.  Could this be the issue you're also facing?  

If you click the Share with customer when you add attachments, do you still experience this issue?  (screenshot example provided below)

Or for attachments already added to the issue only, if you then include them in an external/customer comment, this should also update them to be viewable in the user portal.

The difference between the two above examples (sharing during a comment vs sharing during the adding of an attachment) is how it's displayed within the customer portal.

Let me know if that helps to clear it up.

@Carol Jones thanks for reply. yes i know it, i click on share with customer but it doesnt work. i try another service desk and there no problem work perfect but on this service desk i have problem. i checked permission and its same like another service desk.
