User management stopped working

Hello, dears, 

After adding 5 more users, my plan is up to 10 and I had 3 including myself, so in total, we are 8 now, User Management stopped working, it is not giving any error, just opening a blank screen after some loading. 

After some more time, it shows the attached screen (screen 1)

And inside the network tab, I can 504 error attached as well (screen 2)

Hi Jeremy,

I checked and the Cloud instances are pretty much standard instances that don't get customizations in the same way you can customize the server instances.

There is an article titled Restricted functions in Atlassian Cloud apps that may be of use in the future!
