JIRA Sandbox?

Hi,

I am new to JIRA and am using it an commercial environment.  Is there a sandbox that I could use to try some stuff out (I would rather experiment in a safe place than risk fouling up my employers projects)?

Hi PBT Admin,

If you went to the Versions and Licensing page to install Service Desk it will use the same database and home folder as your initial JIRA install.  If you downloaded the stand alone Service Desk application it will use it's own database and home folder.

When you say it's not working do you mean it won't start? If that is the case you'll want to review the JIRA_HOME/log/atlassian-servicedesk.log for further information as to why and go from there.
