I'm trying to retrieve the issues created last week using the following JQL clause
created >= startOfWeek(-1w) AND created <= endOfWeek(-1w)
However, it still returns issues created on Sunday two weeks ago, so it is effectively considering weeks going from SUN to SAT.
The system configuration has the option "Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker" enabled, but this does not affect the StartOfWeek/EndofWeek functions.
May this issue be due to the fact default language is set to English US?
Hi, Karthik.
Basically, Knowledgebase is coming from confluence space. We can suggest you make that space available to the public.
You can enable anonymous access (also known as public access) to that space by granting the 'Use Confluence' permission to 'anonymous' users. An 'anonymous' user is someone who has not logged in to the Confluence site. The 'Use Confluence' permission is also called 'can use'.
You may refer to the below documentation on how to make space publicly access:
Hope it helps. Let me know if you have further question.
Cheers
Suren Raj

Hello @Karthik Sriraman
I suggest you to go through this document which gives step by step explanation of how to setup the knowledge base space
Use the permissions based on "unlicensed users" i.e. customers visiting your JSD tickets can access the knowledge base without counting towards your confluence license.
