Jira Service desk end user License

Dears,

i would like to know if i will have more than one user as the requester in Jira service desk is they counted against my Jira Core license users or not

Do you mean that the requester will be a customer? If so, then customers are not counted as Jira Core or Jira Service Desk licenses.

Yes, that is right. The customer will be able to login to the Portal and open a ticket without a license. But the customer will not be able to login to Jira.
