Can I use the advanced roadmap teams in custom fields?

Hi all,

I would like to use the shared teams created in advanced roadmap in a select-list custom field. Is that possible and if so, how?

My current problem is that if I need to register a new user in both (Jira Projects and Jira ServiceDesk) I spend two licenses for one user.

Of course you need to provide a license from each product to the user if they want to use the full functionality (especially in Service Desk).

What you need to do is to make sure that each application in Jira is linked to it's own default group.

When you add users, add them into the Jira Core/Software group first. When they need to be an Agent, add them to the Jira Service Desk group.
