I don't see my Epic in the Insights section. Why?
Is that why? I just want to see the Epic with the Child Issue status. High level. Same that you see on progress bars in the Epic itself.
I recommend checking out the KB How to Troubleshoot SLAs in JIRA Service Desk. It contains a number of SQL queries for locating SLAs in Jira. It also has more details about the goals and how you can find them via SQL.
