Hi, I create an automation that create a ticket in a Jira Software project:
- I have a ticket in Jira work (Project id: 10109)
- I change the status of this ticket in "Escalated"
- the automation must create a ticket in jira software (Project id: 10108).
The problem is that the automation answer with this error:
can anyone help me with this issue?

Hi Denise,
The users that you are not seeing are system users. If the groups that you are checking are, for example, jira-core-users, jira-servicedesk-users, jira-software-users that are the groups that give access to the instance, that's normal.
When you install an add-on, for example, this add-on must have access to the projects and tickets, so they receive a license, but you don't need to worry about that because they will not be billed.
