Our jira is set up by teams and not projects.

Our Jira is set up by teams and not projects. And I do not mean team managed. So, what this looks like is if we have a project, we have to create tasks in all the teams that will be working on this one project. This is somewhat difficult to manage, because tasks are scattered everywhere. I have found a solution to solve this, but it has to be done on every project being worked on.

Curious of opinions in the best way to overhaul this and have Jira set up by projects?

I need to modify this login page. Does anyone know where this can be done?

Hi @Jorge Mora

I believe what you are looking for is to edit a Request Type (form) on your Service Desk Portal. To begin with, you need to be a project Admin. All you will then need to do is to go to Project settings --> Request types --> click on the Request type you are looking to edit.

Here is a link that runs through some of this for you - https://confluence.atlassian.com/get-started-with-jira-service-desk/create-service-desk-request-types-917968307.html#Createservicedeskrequesttypes-editRequestTypeFields

Hope this helps!

It's not exactly what I mean.

I want to add a text to every request. I've tried adding a custom text field and entering the text I want into it. But it looks bad and I don't like the way it looks.

For this reason, I thought that there was the possibility of modifying the template of the service-desk requests.

Don't know the JIRA file where you can modify this?
