I know that I can round-robin assign tickets to a group / role / list of users, but how do I account for vacations / out-of-office users?
I don't have the bandwidth to update every single automation when someone is out sick or on vacation. Or update their group / role membership for that matter. :(
Hi, no one would be able to answer if you don't specify the technical problem with respect to the Atlassian application, Jira Service Desk in your case. Most probably you using Jira Service desk to manage your bank processes or transactions. You need to write technical problem and how you are using JSD so people could help you.
