I have an account in Jira where I manage several projects. However, I cannot add the 'Clockify' app, and when I go to the Marketplace, it appears as 'App requested,' but it does not show up when I try to open an issue. It's worth mentioning that I have another account that I created not long ago, and in it, I have a project where I was able to add the 'Clockify' application. I am attaching images of this.

@Owen Evans I think you can do this using "Re-open on customer comment" preset automation rule in Jira Service Desk. You will need to customize this rule and add "Comment contains" in the "IF" conditions of the rule.
