Activity stream still loading but nothing happen

Hello,

Our company started using Jira Service Desk in cloud and i am Administrator. When i add activity stream to dashboard then is still loading and nothing happen to. Activity stream works only when i manually click to refresh in settings tab of activity stream.

Have you the same problem? Is there any solution?
