I firstly didn't have an upgraded Jira- I added X person, but he was added as an administrator - so i suspended him from the account. Now, i have an upgraded Jira, and want to add him as a member, but he is not added even though it seems "aa@bbgroup.com added to the project. It may take some time to update the list." he has not been added...
what can i do?

What is the type of the custom field? Is it a standard Jira customfield or from an external plugin?

These are standard Jira Custom fields:
POC Contacted - User Picker field
POC Contact Date/Time - date time picker
Response - Single select field.

Even i'm facing the similar issue. Is there a way to capture the field values during the issue transition screen(If we change the field value multiple times, it should capture all details, under All or History tabs in activity list). Say for example: I'm moving my JI from *Development* status to *In Progress* status, here i'm using a screen with few custom fields (The fields that are present in this issue transition screen are exist in my View screen). When i choose the value for a custom field, it is displaying the value. It's just displaying the last entered/selected value only. But the same is not captured either in All or History under activity tab.
Any suggestions.

It should show the values of fields in All as well as History tab in Activity panel.
Please check the if those fields are available on that screen and are you checking the same ticket.

Yes, I am checking the same ticket, Please see comment made in screenshots, its same on transition screen as well as on All Tab.
These fields are available on both transition and View screen.

My best guess is that you are not using the screen you think you are for issue view.
Could you check what screen is in use? Also, are the fields there when you use edit on the issue?
