Distribution of Service Desk Licenses

For standard reports - is there a way to export the data and /or filters that support the charts/gr

For example when using the Created vs. Resolved Chart I was curious what data is driving the chart. I only see the chart and totals (created vs. resolved)

Solution to question1 found! It was just a simple parameterisation to the script code & a fresh system restart.

How about the second though? Am i right?
