Creating an automation that creates tickets for each email/name that's listed in the Comment field

If an assignee of a ticket inputs names or emails of a user in the Comment field (or even uploads a csv with names and emails) within a Jira ticket, is there a way to automatically create a subtask for each name/email?

There is a way to do it from the database side..

However you need to be careful to not do more damage and for example remove existing license key. Please make a database backup before doing any modification.
