We have an issue with the Jira servicedesk queue. Every now and then the queue disappears and after a few seconds it reappears again. Sometimes we have to refresh, because this is quicker than waiting for it to appear again. Several other users have the same problem and this happens in multiple browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer).
Could this be caused by the Chat for Jira plugin? The queue also disappears whenever we go back to the queue's after leaving the chat.

Does this happen for all users? Can you monitor with two user at the same time?
My two guesses would be either a browser comparability issue or an addon conflict.
To rule out the first try another monitor.
To rule out the second assess the addons you have and may disable them one by one.
If neither of these are the issue I would contact Atlassian Support especially if on cloud. With cloud there are so many frequent updates rolling out it is certainly feasible that something has broken in your instance.
