Query on changes to custom fields

I am trying to build a query for custom fields that will return a report of any changes that happened within a specified time period. 

For example: custom field "Approval Confirmation" was changed on June 1st and updated to "Rejected". One June 3rd, it was updated to "Approved". Is there a way to query the actual dates that the field was updated or changed or that will show the activity and date/time that it changed?

Hi Jonathan - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There are only a few fields in Jira which allow you to use JQL to access the history of the field. No custom fields will have this available.
