What elements will need to create manually in a new project when we want to use to a template with shared configuration? What we could create manually? Versions? Components?Project descriptions?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
Pretty much only the shared schemes are copied over. Components, Versions, project description, people/project roles will still need to be created for the new project.
