My company uses Jira Service Desk and Confluence in Russian. In our company, a project is being created to receive requests from Chinese partners. Chinese partners are with us in the same Active Directory domain.
Is it possible for them to somehow automate the change of language from Russian to Chinese automatically?
Not all Chinese partners will use all Jira opportunities and enter it, mostly they will leave messages through the customer portal.
Also, how can you send email notifications about actions in tasks in Chinese for Chinese partners, when everyone receives notifications in Russian (since the system language is Russian)?
Changing the system language to English for all is not a solution.
