Product URL dialog box

I'm trying to change my product URL. I followed the instructions on https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/update-a-product-url/ but the "update URL" button /dialog box is disabled . Can you please help?

Welcome to the community.

The first paragraph on the page you referenced explains your issue.

Updating URLs is available for sites that have at least one Jira or Confluence product with a Standard, Premium, or Enterprise plan. You’re unable to update the URL if the site has only Jira Free and Confluence Free.
