Product Offline

Hello guys, I have an issue where the Jira software is offline for me and it has been deactivated on its own. It's blocking me and my team out and we're blocked from proceeding with our daily work. please help

Hi @Amer Amin 

I can see that your site started a trial of Jira Software standard, and that trial appears to have expired with no payment details on file.  I have created a CA ticket on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-2341585

I see that you have another technical case about this, but I recommend working on the CA ticket to resolve the billing aspects here first.

It's a simple case of subscription as I explained my assumption on the ticket you attached. However, we're blocked right now and the response from the support team has been really slow. Can we get our free account back?

I would recommend reaching out to Atlassian directly through https://support.atlassian.com
