Problems on creating a new Project

I'm trying to create a new Scrum Project but after creating it, I see no dashboard in it.

I tried to create a new Scrum Dashboard but when I try to choose the project from the list of existing projects, I do not see the current one.  Am I doing something wrong?

Hello,

What do you mean be Scrum Dashboard? Do you mean Scrum Board? 

I think you create a next gen project. Go to project settings -> features and enable the Scrum option.
