Problem with setting resolution

HI, I have created a workflow  for my Kanban board with teh following steps/statuses

backlog-to do-in progress-ready for review-in review-ready for testing-in testing-done-testing for release-released

Now need to make tasks starting form Done Column as resolved as need to have accurate Created vs resolved report. WIth my current board nad workflow having 15 tasks in done , I have 0 items in resolved .

Please assist in adding resolution for the last 3 steps

You need to add a post function to your transition to Done to set the Resolution field to Done. Another option is to have a screen pop up when transitioned to allow the user to choose the resolution code. Be sure to clear the resolution field on any transition out of your done category statuses. There are a lot of posts in the Community on this topic which provide plenty of details if needed.

The reports are based on the last column of your board and the last column always needs to be the DONE column.

Check your board and if you have "testing for release" and "released" to the right of the "Done" column then your reports will show 0. You will need to configure the last column as "Done"
