Prevent issue to be moved into a specific project

Is there a way to prevent issues to be moved into a specific project?

Move or Create permissions is not useful in the case.

In the UseCase almost all users are in the jira-software-users with the ability to create and move.

We have both Automation for Jira and Scriptrunner installed.

The only way to stop an issue being moved into a project is to take away the person's right to create issues in the project.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

I found a solution for it by creating a custom listener in Scriptrunner, so there are other solutions for it ;)

Also found out that in Automation For Jira there is a trigger for issue moved.
